In the last Password class on “Minimizing Surprises,” Alex talked that it was laziness and not taking yourself seriously that caused the money management problems for experienced traders. That really clicked with me.

I get so much from SpikeTrade that I just can’t thank you enough.
I just completed watching the Password class that describes the “Friendly Handcuff” risk management method, and I believe that was exactly what I needed. It not only makes the trader to manage risk, it also saves him from overtrading or trading low quality patterns.

Thank you for your class. I used your technique yesterday in my day trading account. I used your high and low bands yesterday along with the RSI and MACD. I was able to make a 22% return on 10 contracts on the 284 Put contract closing on May 6th. I traded this short-dated contract because I don’t hold trades overnight.

My goal is to spend less than 10 hours per week on trading, including Spike, and to make double digit returns. It’s been that way on all 6 accounts for several years now. I also have a pretty unemotional feeling about trading, and what a difference that makes! I don’t jump at anything anymore.

After listening to your Password Class on the First Higher Low, I entered GLD which had a First Higher Low on the weekly chart. Looking to buy more on a pullback on the daily chart. Have paid for my spike membership many times over so far.
